  • Worried about Carrie

    I have to say that as someone that has supported Carrie from Idol, the other night was a real treat for me. Carrie taking time to be online with us and interact so freely just blew my mind. I was talking about it all day at work, lol. I think everyone got really tired of hearing how fabulous Carrie is, :) I didn't ask Carrie any questions but just being a part of something like that was awesome. I really don't know what actually happened as far as the drama is concerned but I hope that one negative user (who I am sure is sorry) doesn't put a damper on what I thought was a really fun time for all of us, including Carrie. I guess the reason it's been weighing so heavily on my mind is I feel like it really hurt Carrie's feelings. She's only one person and we are quiet a few. I can empathize on a smaller basis on the feeling of being pulled in too many directions at once and not being able to satisfy everyone, I really can. I just hope with all my heart that Carrie knows that no one here meant to hurt her and that we all appreciate her being so wonderful to her fans. No matter what she chooses to do, I'll always support her and follow her career. I love this Carrie family that we have all created and I hope that it continues to grow and as with every family we're gonna have a few bumps in the road but we have to remember what brought us all here together and what our purpose is,it's to support Carrie! We have to try and remember too that she is just like all the rest of us, who just happens to be blessed with amazing gifts, she feels overwhelmed at times, gosh who wouldn't. Rule of thumb, really think about what you post in regards to Carrie. Think how what you say would make you feel if it was directed at you. Respect Carrie and respect each other and we can make this the best Fan Club ever. Something that Carrie can be very proud of and all of us can be very proud of. Take care all!
